Your House is a Liability?!? Seriously??

Every once in awhile I'll see a comment or read a story written by a real estate "guru" that just irritates me. You'll see several of them on this blog, I'm sure, over time... this was the first one. Robert Kiyosaki, the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" author, stated that he believes your house, the place you purchased and live in, is a liability, not an asset. Wow.
